Conduct and Etiquette
It is the aim of the Masterton Bridge Club to foster an atmosphere where bridge can be played and enjoyed by all, without unpleasantness caused by poor etiquette or bad behaviour. Players should at all times maintain a courteous attitude towards their partner and opponents. A player shall carefully avoid any remarks or actions that may cause annoyance or embarrassment to another player, or might interfere with the enjoyment of the game. Every player should follow uniform and correct procedure in calling and playing, since any departure from correct standards may disrupt the orderly progress of the game.

Ethics & Etiquette Policy
We are excited to introduce an Ethics and Etiquette Policy to the Masterton Bridge Club. We hope that it will empower all our members, no matter how long they've been playing, to model what is expected at the Bridge table. It also outlines what members can do if they feel someone is not meeting that expectation.
